Cardiologist Gaby Aoun, MD has joined Signature Healthcare Bridgewater Goddard Park Medical Associates (BGPMA). Dr. Aoun has been an attending cardiologist at Trinity Health in Minot, North Dakota, Mount Lebanon Hospital in Beirut, Lebanon, and Saint Charles Hospital in Fayadieh, Lebanon. Dr. Aoun earned his medical degree from the Lebanese University School of Medicine, and is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine, Hospital of Saint Raphael and a Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Connecticut, Hartford Hospital. Dr. Aoun is practicing at Signature Healthcare BGPMA at 110 Liberty Street in Brockton. Alina Fernandez, MD has joined the staff of Signature Healthcare Bridgewater Goddard Park Medical Associates (BGPMA) as a primary care physician. Dr. Fernandez was most recently a hospitalist at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis, MA. Prior to that, she practiced primary care in Massachusetts for eight years. Dr. Fernandez received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and her MD from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Managed Care Medicine. Dr. Fernandez completed her internship in surgery at Boston University and an internal medicine residency at Metro Health Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Fernandez will be practicing at the Signature Healthcare BGPMA West Bridgewater site, at 322 East Center Street. She is fluent in Spanish and has conversational knowledge of Portuguese. Orthopedic surgeon John Golberg, MD, FAAOS, FRCSC has joined Signature Healthcare Bridgewater Goddard Park Medical Associates (BGPMA). Dr. Golberg most recently practiced at Banner Health, Arizona Specialty Physicians in Gilbert, AZ. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a staff orthopedic surgeon at South County Hospital in Wakefield, RI. He received his medical degree from the University of Alberta, Edmonton in Alberta, Canada and completed his internship at Ottawa Civic Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario. Dr. Golberg completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the University of Ottawa, where he also served as Chief Resident in the Department of Orthopaedics. He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Golberg is practicing at Signature Healthcare BGPMA at 110 Liberty Street in Brockton and at Signature Healthcare Orthopedics at 178 Quincy Avenue, Brockton. |
