A Patient Navigator is a trained specialist who guides and supports patients through the entire medical and treatment process. They work one-on-one with you to provide access to important information, critical resources and medical specialists.
As an experienced professional, a patient navigator knows the healthcare system and has established medical relationships in the community. Signature Healthcare’s Patient Navigator provides easier access to care and helps with patient education and support.

The online BIDMC Cancer Community welcomes people with cancer and their friends and families 24/7. Share info, experiences and feelings; take part in special BIDMC online discussion groups like breast cancer, blood cancers, caregivers, living with cancer, nutrition, prostate cancer, and spirituality or choose from 49 additional national groups.
