Pelvic floor physical therapy sessions focus on evaluating and treating conditions within the abdomen and the pelvis. 

The pelvic floor muscles often become weak, overactive, tight or uncoordinated causing for disrupted optimal function. 

Exam and treatment may include internal or external exam, soft tissue work, stretching, strengthening, life style modifications and education.
