Specialty Pharmacy

Signature Healthcare Pharmacy offers specialty pharmacy services to help maximize treatment outcomes and quality of life for our patients receiving complex medications. Upon receiving a prescription for a specialty medication, our team of pharmacists and technicians work with the patient, caregiver, doctor, and anyone else involved in the healthcare team to develop a unique plan of care for the patient. Patients receive extensive in-person or over the phone education on the specialty medication including information on administration, monitoring parameters, and side effects. Our patients are continuously followed up with by our pharmacists to ensure they are being appropriately managed.

Signature Healthcare Pharmacy’s Specialty Pharmacy Services Include:

• Clinical management by licensed pharmacists in conjunction with your healthcare team
• Frequent follow up with you and your provider
• Access to a clinical pharmacist in-person during regular business hours and via telephone 24/7
• Financial assistance as necessary
• Insurance and benefits investigations
• Completion of prior authorizations as necessary
• Free and timely delivery of medications*
