Better nutrition is an important part of preventing and managing chronic illnesses.
Our team of Outpatient Registered Dietitians are dedicated to providing patients an individualized approach to nutrition counseling to help them manage a variety of disease states and meet their personalized health goals. Our clinic serves adults, pediatric patients (Ages 3+) and pregnant patients.
Our Registered Dietitians are experienced in helping patients address many conditions including but not limited to:
You will meet with a Registered Dietitian one on one for approximately 60 minutes at your initial visit. You will share any personal goals or concerns you have about nutrition and we will provide you with customized nutrition education, dietary interventions and help you set realistic attainable goals.
Topics covered may include but not limited to: meal planning for your lifestyle and cultural food preferences, nutrition education, cooking skills and eating healthy on a budget.
Follow up visits are usually booked for 30-45 minutes and are commonly booked in 1-3 month frequency based on your personal goals.
We offer both in person and virtual Telehealth appointments. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00pm. Interpreter services are available for Non- English speaking patients.

The clinic is located at 130 Quincy Ave, 2nd Floor in the Polansky Outpatient Center, behind Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Patient parking is free and can be found on the right side of the building.
