June 5, 2025 CHNA Focus Group

Join us for a Community Health Needs Assessment Focus Group on June 5, 2025, at 10:30 am. This focus group will be in the large conference room at the East Bridgewater Town Hall, on the 2nd Floor.

Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment to better understand the health-related issues impacting people living and working in the communities we serve. We would love to hear your perspective and discuss potential solutions. Your input will help Signature Healthcare improve patient and community services.

All attendees will be entered into a raffle for a $100 Amazon gift card.
