All Signature Healthcare, Signature Medical Group patients can request a telehealth visit from their provider's office or the MyHealth patient portal – with no special equipment needed. The portal is patient-friendly and can be used on any device with internet access and a camera.

MyHealth patients can upload identification and insurance information, add or update personal information including emergency contacts, fill out questionnaires related to their health, and provide other information that helps the care team provide safer, more accurate care.

Once a virtual visit is scheduled, patients will receive an email confirmation with details about their upcoming appointment. Patients can simply click on the link using the MyHealth portal, agree to the consent form and get connected to their provider for a virtual visit.
