Referral Bonus Progam

Refer a friend to work at Signature Healthcare and you could earn from $500 to $1,000

$1,000 for individuals hired to work 32-40 hours per week.

$500 for individuals hired to work less than 32 hours per week.

*Per-Diem positions are not eligible for referral bonus

To Be Eligible for a Referral Bonus:

  • You must be a current Signature Healthcare staff member.
  • The referred position must be an active position on the Signature Healthcare careers site.
  • Staff must submit their referral application to HR before the referred candidate’s date of hire.
  • All Signature Healthcare staff and employed physicians (except for senior leadership team, Hiring Manager of the position filled, and HR staff) are eligible to receive a referral bonus for referring a candidate for hire.
  • Candidate cannot be referred by an agency.
  • Referral bonus program is not retroactive to existing candidates or employees.
  • Rehires are not eligible for the Referral Bonus unless they have been gone for more than a year.

Payment Criteria:

  • Both parties (the referring staff and the new hire) must be employed at Signature Healthcare when the payments are made.
  • The bonus will be paid in 2 payments. Half after the new staff member has completed 90 days of employment and the second half after the staff member has completed 9 months of employment.
  • The bonus is taxable income.

Submitting a Referral:

  • A referral can be made once a staff member is employed.
  • The referral form can be found on the Human Resources page of SigNet.

The Referral Bonus Program may be revised or eliminated at the discretion of Senior Leadership.
