After Signature Healthcare’s Community Health Worker, Kathleen Dean helped Jamie from Whitman apply for the MATCH program*, Jamie sent this note thanking Kathleen for her help.

The MATCH program helps pay for move-in costs and buy items needed to make a new home livable and comfortable.
