I would like to commend the new service of "Patient Ambassador" at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. My husband recently had a procedure and I was so impressed by Karen, the Patient Ambassador, and all she did for us. She went above and beyond for all of us and was a very calming and positive person to have handy at that time. It was wonderful that she could check on the progress of my husband's procedure and it made for such a positive experience. We are so happy to be a part of Signature Healthcare!
