Signature Healthcare
I am writing this letter to let you know about my experience at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. It was my first time being a patient at this hospital.
As I came through the front entrance, there was a person there greeting me. She made a call and a staff member took me up the stairs. She was very friendly and upbeat. My pre-op and post-op nurses were wonderful.
After recovery, I was taken to the Medical-Surgical Unit. The Med-Surg staff made me feel safe and very comfortable. They constantly checked on me and kept me well informed about my care.
The hospital was very clean. The entire staff from nurses, to nurses’ aids, Environmental Services to Food Services, were wonderful. I am so glad I chose Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital for my care. It truly makes a difference to know you are being well cared for when you need it.
