I would like to share a great experience I witnessed with my coworker, Yolanda.
A little boy recently accompanied a patient who was having an appointment in our office. While the patient was being weighed and measured, the little boy said that he wanted to be measured as well. As they were leaving, Yolanda asked the little boy if he still wanted to be measured and he excitedly said “yes”. She happily brought him to be measured and he left with a proud smile on his face as he just had a positive experience at the doctor’s office.
