I just wanted to send a quick note regarding the outstanding treatment I received for my lipoma surgery on December 30, 2020. Dr. Deepti Seshadri and her entire team were terrific. The care I received from each person I came in contact with was truly genuine and caring. I know it is part of their job, but each member went above and beyond to be nice to me and make sure I was comfortable and well cared for. From all pre-op thoroughness to post op follow up I was extremely impressed. I also was concerned regarding the COVID-19 crisis and I felt all the steps I observed made me feel safe. For me it all starts at the top and I usually do not write letters like this but I was so impressed with the care and skill level of Dr. Seshadri that I felt compelled to send this.
