Signature Medical Group has once again been named to the Harvard Pilgrim Physician Group Honor Roll as one of only 63 physician groups in New England to be recognized in 2021.
The accolade recognizes Signature Medical Group for achieving exceptional results in its approach to disease prevention and the treatment of acute and chronic illness for both adult and pediatric patients.

Harvard Pilgrim selected the Honor Roll physician groups based on clinical performance measured against the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s National Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set quality benchmarks in three clinical care domains: acute, chronic and preventive care.
Physician groups were identified as Honor Roll practices based on performance on 14 measures, such as appropriate treatment for children with upper respiratory infection, comprehensive diabetes care and breast cancer screenings.
The distinction aligns with Signature Healthcare’s history of safe, quality care. Our organization was recognized by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts with a Blue Distinction for safe, quality care in Bariatric Surgery, Knee & Hip Replacement and Maternity Care. Brockton Hospital also recently received its 17th consecutive safety “A” grade from Leapfrog.
