Students Achieve Higher Than National Average NCLEX-RN Scores

Congratulations to the 2018 students and the faculty in our School of Nursing! Recent test scores bring our average pass rate to 93%, making our 5 year average a 90 percent. For the past year, NCLEX average pass rates in Massachusetts were 89% and on a national scale, 88%.

The Brockton Hospital School of Nursing is one of the few schools who take students into a nursing major directly from high school without college-level prerequisites required, and prepare them to sit for the NCLEX in less than two years. Our faculty and the hands-on experience ensure our students are well prepared for the exam and their nursing careers. And, for students wishing to continue on with an R.N. to B.S.N. program, we have a seamless transfer relationship with our longtime partner, Fisher College.
