Contact Your Provider's Office to Schedule an Appointment
To help improve healthcare access for our patients, Signature Medical Group is pleased to offer telephone and virtual office visits as a part of our healthcare services. Our providers conduct virtual visits using a SMART Phone or computer. For patients without the technology, we also offer appointments over the phone.
No special equipment is needed to access TeleHealth. The system is patient-friendly using a SMART phone, laptop, or tablet with a camera. Once an appointment is scheduled, patients will receive a link via text or email. The patient then clicks on the link, agrees to the consent form, and will be connected with their doctor for a virtual visit.
Virtual visits are beneficial for patients who may be at high risk for illness and wish to social distance, as well as those who find it difficult to travel to and from medical appointments.
To make a virtual appointment with your doctor, call your doctor's main office number. Your doctor will decide if you or your child meets the criteria to be seen via TeleHealth appointment. Contact your provider's office for questions, schedule an appointment, or sign up for Signature's patient portal, MyHealth.
