Signature Healthcare’s physicians, advanced practice providers, and all our colleagues are the foundation of this organization. We want to build on this foundation of caring professionals who bring expert clinical and professional expertise, with a common goal of keeping our community safe and healthy. We foster a supportive work environment, where challenges are always faced together and we will emerge stronger as a team. As an organization, we strive to safeguard human dignity and compassion for our patients, their families, and each other. We believe positive relationships are at the core of a great healthcare organization.
We are a multi-specialty, not-for-profit integrated healthcare delivery network comprised of Brockton Hospital, Brockton Hospital School of Nursing and Signature Medical Group – more than 150 physicians practicing in 15 ambulatory locations. Founded as Brockton Hospital in 1896, the Hospital is the oldest and largest inpatient facility in its service area, with a long tradition of community-based care. We are one of the only not-for-profit community-based healthcare systems in Southeastern Massachusetts, providing a full range of high quality primary care, specialty care, hospital care and related ancillary services. We are an affiliate of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Fertility Centers of New England.
The practice of medicine today is more challenging than ever before. Staying healthy is as important as healing from an injury or illness. Whether providing integrated care at a community practice close to your home, or treating patients in one of our more than 17 specialties, we seek your valuable contribution to our culture of safety and continuous improvement.
We are committed to continuing our legacy of safety, quality, and a welcoming patient experience for all. We are proud to have served our community for 125 years and look forward to sharing our culture with you in the next 125 years and beyond.
